Unfortunately we can't accept returns due to the hygiene and nature of our products please when placing order choose carefully. if item is damaged on arrival please email us with photos and a replacement will be sent if needed.

If you order Candles and they arrived damaged on arrival we also can’t refund unfortunately but we’re more than happy to send replacements

We have several options when it comes to shipping from Sendle snd Australia Post.
Once the product/s leave our hands were not responsible for the package service and arrival. you will be supplied with tracking number.
We do also do local deliveries to postcodes, please make sure you have a safe place to have it delivered if your not home. photos will be taken once its delivered so I am not responsible for lost and stolen orders. we are also not liable for stolen orders if not having a safe spot to deliver to.
